New Social Stretch Goal Tomorrow, Voting Continues

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I am amazed by all of you and want to thank you for joining us on this Kickstarter. Thank you.
New Social Stretch Goal
We unfortunately didn't get a chance to unlock the alternate Merchant card because we were a few votes shy of 5th place in the un-official BGG Most Anticipated Games for 2021 - Party Category. However, after discussing it with my brother, we want to give it another shot.
So, this time, Tuesday, February 16, we need your help to getting into the Top 10 Hot List on Kicktraq. How do we do that? This is how you can help:
1) Check out our Kicktraq project page and then visit our Kickstarter page through their link.
2) Please post a comment, a question, recent game shenanigans on Cult of the Deep's main KS page main comment section. Don't think Kicktraq picks up on the update comments section.
3) Spread the word and get other people to check out the Kickstarter, even to just take a look at it. Feel free to have them use the Kicktraq link above or our other social stretch goal link: https://bit.ly/cult-welcome
If we can get in the Top 10 tomorrow, we'll add the alternate Merchant character to the game!

Sigil Poll Closing Soon
For those who haven't voted yet on BGG, we are having a poll on which Sigil we should put in next for the game. Voting ends Tuesday, Feb. 16, @ 10pm Central (UTC-6). Anyone who backs or buys the game will be getting this card so cast your vote and we'll choose the one you want the most.
We didn't get too much traction over the weekend on sharing the link but we are getting very close to 500 clicks on this link: https://bit.ly/cult-welcome.
For those new to the updates, once we reach 1000 clicks on this link, we will unlock an alternate version of a Character Card in the game. This means we will add a new Character Card to the game that will have the same art and concept as the original, but a new ability based on the character. This will provide more options for when you play the game and provide more replayability.

Ritual & Sigil Unlocked
We unlocked a Ritual and a Sigil Card! We will be showing a sneak peek of the Ritual Card on Friday.
As for the Sigil Card, we will be hosting a vote starting Friday, February 12, and lasting until Tuesday, February 16, @ Midnight Central Time (UTC-6). Your choices being:
Now, the rules on these are not final but the idea behind them is there. More testing and tweaking is needed before they can be considered done.
Onward To The Next Goal!
Our next stretch goal is at $30,000 where we will unlock:
Embossing, UV Spotting, and adding a colored lining for the game box
UV Spotting on the backs of all the cards
Another new Sigil Card
Now, if you have a Sigil Card idea you think would be a good fit for the game, feel free to comment below. We have been testing a variety of Sigils but we would love to hear your ideas!
Voting Completed for New Character Name
After the voting on the poll, one name stood out by a large margin over the others, The Faceless. That is the name of our new named character! We will be working with Liam Peters to bring the character to life and we hope to update you soon on that progress.

The 2 original Herald of the Deep pledges were gone very quickly when we launched. We were able to talk to Dawnbreaker Dice and they are now offering the chance for 2 more sets.
This is a special limited edition of Cult of the Deep. Each player will have a set of unique, hand crafted dice for their character as well as those rituals that grant dice in the game.

The Herald Returns

There will be 2 more pledges for the Herald of the Deep pledge level!
We were blown away that the original 2 pledges sold out in only a matter of minutes when we launched. Dawnbreaker Dice is known for exceptional work and loyal fans but even they were surprised at how fast those sets went.
So, after a discussion with them, we are now able to offer 2 more pledges of the Herald.
Character Name Poll Is Up
The vote for the name/title of the newest character for Cult of the Deep is up! You have until Wednesday, February 10th @Midnight Central Time (UTC-6).
Just so everyone knows, we will be moving to doing updates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It will stay that way likely until the last week before the Kickstarter ends. We'll be sharing art as well as some closer looks at some of the Characters, Rituals, and Sigils.
