Pledge Manager Locking Soon, Faceless Artwork

Hello fellow cultists!
It's been a fruitful few weeks since our last update. We are very close to finishing all of the artwork from our stretch goals and we are at 84% completion of surveys in the pledge manager.
Important Dates:
Saturday, May 17th @ 11pm Central (UTC-5) - we will start the process of locking the pledge manager. A notice will go out as a reminder but within 48 hours of that email, the pledges will lock and cards will be charged.
Monday, May 19th - the pledge manager will lock and your cards will be charged.

Pledge Manager Update

Alright! We now have 77% of surveys completed in the Pledge Manager.
Today, we're going to give you a bit of a timeline update in regards to the Pledge Manager. We will start the locking process for the Pledge Manager on Saturday, May 15th @ 11pm Central (UTC-5). Backerkit will notify everyone and then give you two days to make any final changes. Once that is complete, then cards will be charged the following day.
So, recap:
1) Start locking the Pledge Manager on Saturday, May 15th @ 11pm Central (UTC-5).
2) Pledge Manager will be locked on Monday, May 17th.
3) Cards will be charged on Tuesday, May 18th.
So, keep in mind that your cards for the additional funds have not been charged yet.
Special Notes
Shipping is not accurately reflected until a shipping address is inputted into the Pledge Manager. Default shipping will show $43...this is not correct. Please make sure your shipping address is input properly into the system.
If you are done with your order/pledge, please hit the submit button. This allows us to get a more accurate count for manufacturing the components for Cult of the Deep.

Pledge Manager Is Still Open

Just a heads up for anyone who hasn't seen the notification but the Pledge Manager is now available. Some of you have mentioned needing a bit more time, that's totally okay. We are not closing the Pledge Manager for another few weeks, likely closer to the end of May.

Smoke Test and Pre-Order Store Test

Hello fellow cultists!
As of today, the pledge manager has received its approvals and we are now doing a smoke test.
What is a Smoke Test?
It's when you do a preliminary test to make sure everything is working properly. We have sent out surveys to 5% of people at each pledge tier. They will interact with and shakedown the pledge manager to make sure everything is accounted for.
Pre-Order Store is Open for Testing
We have linked the pre-order store on our Kickstarter page. So, if you know of anyone who missed out on Cult of the Deep, feel free to let them know the store is now open. Pre-Order Store.
Surveys Coming Soon
The surveys will be coming soon. We'll let you know when we send them out but it should be in a matter of days assuming all things are working properly.
